ADOPTED!! Meet Lexie—The Persistent One

Lexie is available for adoption! This adorable girl came to KARES with a fractured pelvis and in severe pain in late August of 2020. The fantastic doctors at Kona Veterinary provided the necessary surgery and post-op to ensure Miss Lexie would be able to have a pain-free life! She quickly became a staff favorite for her sweet personality. Lexie was fostered by a wonderful family and they found a home for her. Unfortunately, sometimes life doesn’t work out as planned and Lexie is looking for a new forever home.

Lexie is an active pup who loves to play and run. After an active day, she is a snuggler and loves to get belly rubs. This sweet girl is a hound mix and weighs between 35-40 lbs. She is fixed and microchipped. She would do great with an active couple or family who likes to hike and go to the ocean.

If you would like more information about Lexie, please call KARES at 333-6299.
