What is Buti Yoga?
Buti Yoga is a powerful blend of tribal dance and primal movements, low impact plyometrics, and vinyasa-style yoga. We utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, this practice utilizes movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion. You will leave this class with a clear mind, feeling strong and invigorated.
