This special course menu has been prepared from carefully selected local and organic ingredients, infused with love and designed for Lovers. This year, we are also featuring hand selected local beers, delicious wines and incredible hand-crafted cocktails, cleverly invoked using organic ingredients.

Seared Alii Mushroom “Scallop” Plate

Seared Hamakua Alii King Oyster Mushrooms with avocado chimichurri, served with sugar snap peas and lemongrass scented basmati rice (V)(GF)
