One of BIBA’s goals is to bring to the public’s attention the unique variety of honey flavors derived from the abundance of tropical plant nectars. Few places on earth expose bees to the vast variety of tropical fruit plants and flowers found here in Hawai’i. With so many flower nectars available, each honey harvest has a unique flavor. The categories are Liquid Honey (in light, medium and dark), Solid Honey and Honeycomb.
