GENTLE GROUNDED YOGA
This Gentle Grounded Yoga is a *Free (Pay as you may) 1 hour practice. Designed for all levels of practice. Beginners will find this shared practice easy to follow and at a slower pace than most traditional classes with all poses will be from a seated or reclined position.
While advanced peers will enjoy the restorative movements and postures that presented from an elemental foundation to help discover a deeper observation that both Vinyasa and Hatha practices can adopt.
I’ve designed this class as a RYT instructor, and owner of Faris Forest LLC, www.FarisForest.com/Yoga. I have been resident Aerial Yoga instructor with Aerial Arts Hawaii for the last 3 years, and was inspired to share this series watching the recovery of my partner after a stroke 5 years ago. While Yoga is not meant to replace any medical treatment, it can be a complementary when practiced in one’s own capacity.
