ORDERS MUST BE MADE AND PAID FOR AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT. 5% DISCOUNT FOR ORDERS PLACED AND PAID FOR ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE.

Choose 1 from each category. $20/per person (*for bison selections, add $2/per person).

Prices and quantities are based as listed below. Minimum order: $100.
Meat dishes
Taco plate- choice of meat (ground beef, chicken, pork, bison*), tortillas (flour or corn), shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, spicy refried beans, salsa. A la carte: 2 lbs meat, 16 tortillas, 8 oz. lettuce, 6 oz. tomatoes, 12 oz. refried beans, 8 oz. salsa. $45 ($50 for bison).
Kahlua pork and cabbage plate- slow cooked pork shoulder with kiawe smoke and shredded cabbage. A la carte: 4 lbs pork, ½ head cabbage. $30
Sliders- choice of meat (beef, chicken, pork, bison*), King’s Hawaiian rolls, awesome sauce. A la carte: 2lbs meat, 1 package rolls, 6 oz. awesome sauce. $35
Lacquered chicken thighs- tender chicken with sweet/spicy sauce and crispy skin. A la carte: 10 thighs. $40
Salads
Hawaiian mac salad- elbow macaroni, mayo, milk, shredded carrots, and sweet onion. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $35.
Cucumber and tomato salad- sliced keiki cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, chopped sweet onion, fresh herbs, vinaigrette dressing. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $35.
Orzo salad- orzo pasta, chopped vegetables, feta crumbles, herbs, olive oil dressing. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $35.
Broccoli & Cauliflower salad- broccoli, cauliflower, dried cranberries, chopped sweet onion, mayonnaise-based dressing. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $35.
Fruit salad- fresh fruit, spiced whipped cream dressing. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $40.
Starches
Ultimate scalloped potatoes- sliced new potatoes cooked in a creamy, cheesy sauce. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $35.
Kimchi and Spam fried rice- fried rice with chopped vegetables, kimchi, and spam (spicy or no spicy). A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $30.
Smashed potatoes- new potatoes, pressed to flatten, cooked with herbs and onions in bacon fat. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $35.
Baked beans- combination of beans with bacon (or without) in a sweet/spicy tomato-based sauce with sweet onions and herbs. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $35.
Sweets
Blondies- chewy cookie bars with butterscotch chips. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $25.
Mexican chocolate brownies- brownies with dark chocolate chips, spiced with chipotle pepper and cinnamon. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $25.
Rice Krispy treats- just like tutu used to make. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $25.
Salted caramel bars- (SUPER SWEET) cake bars with mochi-like consistency, frosted with salted caramel sauce. A la carte: 13 ¼ x 9 5/8 x 2 ¾ pan. $25.
Cupcakes- choice of cardamom vanilla or dark chocolate, with whipped cream frosting. A la carte: 1 dozen. $25.
