About the Host
A true Big Island girl, born in Kealakekua & raised in South Kona on Coffee Farm land I grew up being the only girl. My Daddy made sure to always include me when it came to the fun stuff like fishing, diving, hunting & fighting chickens (I don't love to kill things like the boys do but if I need to I know I can – thanks Daddy!) So maybe as an attempt to balance out the all testosterone I aspired to become a self made beauty Queen.
Some of my titles were:
- Miss Billfish 2003, Miss Maui Jim 2004
- Penn Fitness Ring Girl 2005
- Cover Model of “Wahine Style” Calendar (Miss July) 2006
- Beauty & Da Beats (Miss May) 2007
- Yama's Roofing Model (Miss September) 2007
- Miss Pacific Island Princess 2007
Now a Mother of 3 & married for almost 10 years & living in Hilo as a Realtor with Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers. When I'm not selling houses you can find me getting my sweat on at the gym or out with my little humans with our toes in the sand. Still, I make sure to get my gills wet regularly & keep my knives sharpened… you know just in case.
