This week we are getting to know Martha — again. We originally profiled this sweetie in September, and she’s still looking for her forever home. She’s a beautiful female dog with brown eyes so beautiful they could make Neil Diamond swoon. Martha is just one of many adoptable pets available, but she is at the top of their list for needing a home.
Martha is a young whippet mix with boundless energy. She is happy, does great with other dogs, and loves attention. Martha weighs about 35 pounds and is just under two years old. She is a whippet mix and would make a great running partner — she would do best in a home where she will get daily walks or runs. Martha loves to play with other dogs but doesn’t do well with chickens. Along with being quite happy, Martha loves to get lots of attention and is eager to please. You may want to stare into her beautiful brown eyes, but you’ll have to do it on the go! She is ready to go to her new home; she’s been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. If you’re not completely sure you want to adopt a pet right now, Martha is available for foster.
