Last year, more than 3,000 community members joined us for Holoholoween, and this year we’re expecting an even bigger celebration!

We’re inviting local businesses, organizations, and community partners to help make the magic happen by becoming a Sponsor, Donor, or Community Decorating Partner. 🧡

Whether you’d like to sponsor an activity, donate prizes or supplies, create a festive display, or help bring Halloween to life in another creative way, we’d love to have you involved.

✨ We’ll Help Promote Your Business! ✨

Participating sponsors and partners will receive recognition across Big Island Pulse’s website and social media channels, helping showcase your business to thousands of local residents and visitors throughout our event promotion.

🎃 Community Decorating Partners Welcome! 🎃

Businesses are welcome to create an unmanned decorative display or self-promotional photo booth at no cost as a fun way to support the event and showcase their business.

If your business will have staff on-site and is selling products or services, accepting payments, or conducting business during the event, you’ll simply register through our Vendor Application and pay the applicable vendor fee.

Together, we’ll create Hawaiʻi Island’s most memorable family fall festival while supporting our local community and raising funds for Vibrant Hawaiʻi.

This beloved event is held in partnership with the County of Hawaiʻi Department of Parks & Recreation.

Join the Holoholoween Team and help make 2026 our biggest, most magical celebration yet! 🎃

Businesses, organizations, schools, clubs, and community groups are invited to create a themed display, photo opportunity, or decorative area that adds to the festive atmosphere while showcasing your organization.

*This option is intended for decorative, self-promotional, unmanned displays only.

If your display is unattended and does not involve selling products, services, food, beverages, or merchandise, there is no vendor fee to participate.

If you plan to have staff present who are selling goods or services, promoting your brand, accepting donations or distributing products for commercial purposes, and/or conducting business during the event, you MUST register through the Holoholoween Vendor Application and pay the applicable vendor fees.

Whether your display is spooky, whimsical, harvest-themed, or family-friendly, we’d love to have you help create an unforgettable experience for our community.
