4th Friday Poetry Slam
A palpable evening of words flying through the air for all to see, hear, revel, feel, taste, smell & hold fast.
How it works: 1 original poem per round, 2 rounds of poetry, 3 minutes max per poem. No poetry to share? That’s ok, listen, laugh, or participate by being one of our five fabulous feelers!
Enjoy emotive readings of original works by a wide stylistic range of poets from all over the world. Sign ups can be done on this event page, through private messaging Kukuau Studio or the day of. Doors open at 6:00. Slam starts at 7-9pm, $5, all ages welcome. Prizes for finalists. July’s theme—Air!
