Hawaiian Acres Community Watch Information | Meeting & Volunteer Sign Up

Hello Hawaiian Acres Community,

My name is Lopaka Milliora and I’ve been recently appointed to the head of community watch in our subdivision. We are revamping our community watch program and asking volunteers to come out with their off road vehicles and 4×4’s to patrol. We believe this is an effective way to monitor our country roads more effectively and make our community a safer place to live.

We would like to see our Keiki able to ride their bikes out on our roads and also to see our kupuna able to take a walk without the fear of something bad happening to them. We are looking to reach out to different self defense instructors to offer their services to the members of our community also we will be reaching out to HPD so they can teach people how to effectively report and document suspicious activity that goes on in our neighborhood. We need to come together to make our community safer and let criminals know they are not welcome here.

Please come out to our monthly meeting @Hawaiian Acres Community Center July 18, 2020 @1pm. to address your concerns, ideas and also hear the ideas we have as well to help create a safer community. Sign up sheet will be available at meeting for volunteers .
