Saturday Oct. 3rd – Tuesday Oct. 6th at the Panaewa Equestrian Center during Fall Intersession! Yes, ALL keiki will be on break!
This event is in Partnership with the County of Hawaiʻi Department of Parks & Recreation and a fundraiser for Vibrant Hawaiʻi.
Vending Dates are:
- Saturday,October 3 — 10:00AM–5:00PM
- Sunday, October 4 — 10:00AM–5:00PM
- Monday, October 5 — 10:00AM–5:00PM
- Tuesday, October 6 — 10:00AM–5:00PM
Step 1: Submit County of Hawaiʻi Vendor Permit
All vendors, food vendors, and nonprofit organizations are required to complete the County of Hawaiʻi Vendor Permit and upload it at the link below.
- The required $30 per day County permit fee IS INCLUDED in the daily prices below.
- Upload your proof of liability insurance
- Upload your valid Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax (GET) License
Step 2: Complete Your Holoholoween Vendor Application
Complete your Holoholoween Vendor Application below. Your County Vendor Permit and your Big Island Pulse Vendor Application are two separate requirements. Both must be completed before your vendor space can be confirmed.
Vendor Setup
Vendors may begin setup up to 3 hours before gates open on each event day (7am)
Overnight Booth Security
You can leave your vending area set up over night. There will be a county security guard, and The Alii MC Security guards on the premises overnight and the metal gates to the area will be locked nightly at 7pm. No need to break down and set back up again!

Yes, there is a discount for signing up to vend ALL 4 event days!!
‼️ Please review your selected dates and availability before submitting your application. Once your application has been approved and payment has been received, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered if there is an issue with the Hawaii County Verification.
